Cegid confirms acquisition of Exalog
Cegid, a European leader in cloud-based management solutions for professionals in finance (ERP, treasury, tax), human resources (payroll, talent management), accounting, retail and entrepreneurship, announces today the completion of its acquisition of Exalog, a particularly innovative editor of cloud-based payment and treasury management software for SMEs and ISEs, with 90 employees.
As of today, Exalog becomes Exalog, A Cegid Company.
Paris, February 8th, 2024 – Cegid announced its intention to acquire Exalog on January 30th, and today confirms that the deal has now been finalized.
A key player in treasury management solutions for SMEs and ISEs, Exalog offers a unified SaaS platform which integrates three major solutions tailored to the needs of CFOs in banking transactions, treasury management and banking communication: Allmybanks (international payments and group treasury for key accounts and ISEs), Exabanque (multi-bank flows and treasury in the SEPA zone for SMEs) and Mesbanques, a multi-banking solution marketed by a network of distributors in France and Europe.
Exalog has 12,000 client companies and handles 500 million bank transactions a year. Perfectly complementing Cegid’s range of treasury management solutions, this new strategic acquisition will enable Cegid to position itself as number 2 on the French market.

As of today, the 90 Exalog employees are to join Cegid and its Finance Business Unit, under the management of Jean-Baptiste Auzou.
